Calming and improved sleep

Often waking up in the night and not being able to go back to sleep again has been a problem for the past few months.
I started using these drops about 3 weeks ago and it wasn’t long before I started noticing that my sleep was improving and that I felt more relaxed at bed time. I had some full nights sleep too which I hadn’t had in quite a while so am very happy! Definitely one to have by the bedside in case I need it.

I've bought this lovely sleep essence twice before and found it genuinely helps to unwind a busy mind for a restful night's sleep. I'm generally a good sleeper but when needed it makes all the difference. Highly recommend.
